Abstract

This project presents the design and development of Prodify, a modern productivity web application built using the MERN stack. Prodify enhances personal and team efficiency through intelligent task management, collaborative workflows, and data-driven habit tracking. The system integrates features such as Pomodoro timers, streak analytics, and ML-powered task completion predictions via a FastAPI service. Recharts- based visualizations offer real-time insights into focus metrics and progress trends. With secure access through JWT, AES-256 GCM encryption, and email verification, Prodify ensures both usability and safety. The platform employs Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion, to deliver a responsive and interactive user experience. Prodify is designed for scalability and actionable insight, blending modern web technologies with machine learning capabilities.
