Abstract

In an era where artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming integral to daily life, most conversational AI systems remain cloud-dependent, raising concerns around data privacy, internet accessibility, and subscription costs. To address these limitations, we introduce Zero, a locally hosted, persona-driven AI chatbot built using open-source tools such as Llama 3.2, Ollama, and Python Flask. Zero operates entirely offline, ensuring complete user privacy while offering a unique conversational experience through a sarcastic and intelligent character. The user interface is designed in a cyberpunk terminal style using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enhancing engagement and interactivity.
