Abstract

BOOKAWAY is a web-based hotel booking platform designed to provide users with an efficient and seamless experience for discovering and reserving hotels. Built using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, the system allows users to register, log in, search for available hotels within specified date ranges, make reservations, and manage their bookings. The website is fully responsive, ensuring accessibility on both desktop and mobile devices. The system ensures real-time availability management, preventing double bookings for the same hotel on overlapping dates. The backend is powered by Apache (via XAMPP), with PHP handling server-side logic, while JavaScript enhances interactivity.
Our hotel booking website features an intelligent AI-powered chatbot designed to assist users in real time. The chatbot can instantly answer questions about hotel availability, pricing, amenities, and policies by directly accessing our database. It provides personalized recommendations based on user preferences, making the booking process faster and easier.
