Abstract

This project proposes an IoT-based ambulance traffic management and patient monitoring system using ESP32 and LoRa communication technology.The system continuously monitors patient heartbeat and temperature using biomedical sensors and transmits the data along with GPS coordinates to the traffic control room through long-range LoRa communication. The receiver unit automatically switches traffic signals to green when an ambulance approaches the junction. This reduces travel delay during emergencies and improves patient survival chances.
