Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of mergers and acquisitions on the motivation and working conditions of Indian IT workers. The research examines the impact of leadership, communication, and integration on teamwork and trust post-business merger. This study examines organizational support systems, employee perspectives, change management, and cultural alignment. The essay demonstrates how ambiguity, novel job responsibilities, and innovative task execution methods can result in dissatisfaction and subpar performance after a merger or acquisition. The data indicates that employee commitment rose and unemployment fell due to effective leadership, robust communication, and stakeholder involvement. The poll indicates that mergers and acquisitions hinder staff motivation and cultural integration inside Indian IT organizations.
